This Amended Service Agreement is entered into between the City of Eagle (herein called -City-) and
Eagle Auto, (herein called "Vendor"), for the purpose of extending the service agreement for fleet
maintenance services.
POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS OF TE • OF AGREEMENT: The parties may mutually agree to extend the
term of this Agreement. Such renewal will be in the form of an Amendment to the Service Agreement.
This addendum shall incorporate all conditions and requirements as stated in the original Agreement
between the City of Eagle and Eagle Auto dated May 2, 2017 and shall remain in full force and effect.
