3.. PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Historic Preservation Commission regarding concerns or
comments they would like to provide to the Commission regarding any matter, up to and including any subject
on the agenda. Out of courtesy for all who wish to speak, the Commission requests each speaker limit their
comments to three (3) minutes.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Municipal Historic Register: Review of recent site survey and
discussion of any action that may be needed.
B. Update on city-wide informational mailer.
C. ACTION ITEM: Proposed program for the West Ada County School District. The
Commission will discuss the next steps and extent of the envisioned school program.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Presentation by Eagle Planning and Zoning Department regarding land use
application process:
B. ACTION ITEM: Discussion regarding proposed modification of City Code
pertaining to the museum and Historic Preservation Commission.
