`'WHEREAS, Ms. Yacuk is a City of Eagle Resident and senior at Eagle High School;
and
WHEREAS, Ms. Yacuk is celebrating her achievement as Miss Idaho's Outstanding
Teen; and
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle wishes her congratulations and success at the Miss
America's Outstanding Teen competition in Orlando, Florida.
