Special Meeting Minutes
June 6, 2019
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor calls the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, GOLD, PITTMAN, MITCHELL. ALL AYES: A
quorum is present.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: To discuss a price for the sale of Parcel # R2024420075, also known
as 67 E. State Street, to the Eagle Urban Renewal Agency.
Mayor introduces the issue.
City Attorney provides an overview of Idaho Code in regards to the City declaring a value
to sell the property located at 67 E. State Street.
General Council discussion.
Bastian moves to approve the sale price for Parcel # R2024420075 for $220,000.00.
Seconded by Mitchell. City Attorney: see tape amend. Bastian amends his motion.
Second concurs. Bastian: AYE; Gold: AYE; Pittman: AYE; Mitchell: AYE: ALL
AYES: MOTION CARRIES ..
Mayor discusses the City Water Departments large water bills for some property that had
their backflow running. General discussion.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Bastian moves to adjourn. Seconded by Gold. Mayor: are there any objections to
adjournment? Seeing none we are adjourned.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
