SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
June 18, 2019
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, GOLD, PITTMAN, MITCHELL. ALL PRESENT: A
QUORUM IS PRESENT.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Ridgeway leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor: At 4:00 p.m. today I signed the documents for the purchase of The Landing. General
discussion.
4. FY 19/20 BUDGET —EXECUTIVE BUDGET SUMMARY. (SR)
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion on the following Department Budgets:
Revenue
General Administration
Economic Development
I.T. Department
Building Department
Planning & Zoning Department
Public Works Department
Recreation
Eagle Fun Days
Trails
Special Events
Water Department
Museum
General Council discussion on the overall budget.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Gold moves to adjourn. Seconded by Pittman. Mayor: are there any objections to
adjournment? Seeing none we are adjourned.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
