A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO DECLARING PERSONAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS, AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS
PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Idaho ("City") has acquired certain personal property for
carrying out services in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property of the City have become worn out,
obsolete or are no longer required to conduct City business; and
WHEREAS, The City Clerk of the City Eagle, Idaho is requesting that the following
fixed assets be surplused.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:

Under the supervision of the Public Works Director, the administrative staff of the City
of Eagle, is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided
by this Resolution.
This Resolution shall be in full force and take effect upon adoption and approval by the
City Council of the City of Eagle.

On the 25`h day of June 2019, the City of Eagle Council declared the following items as
excess and surplus personal property:

The City of Eagle shall sell the items of property by sealed written bid. Interested parties
shall complete a City of Eagle Surplus Bid form. Forms can be found at
www.cityofeagle.org. All bids are to be received no later than 5:00 PM (MST) on
Thursday, July 25, 2019.
The City of Eagle Public Works Department will review and act upon such bids on
Wednesday, July 31, 2019.
All items are available for inspection at Eagle City Hall, 660 East Civic Lance, Eagle,
Idaho 83616.
The purchasers of such items shall pay in cash or by cashier's check within five (5)
business days of notification of being the successful bidder.
The purchaser shall remove all items acquired by them as soon as possible, and shall be
removed no later than Friday, August 9, 2019.
Sealed written bids may be sent to the City of Eagle, Attention: Eric Ziegenfuss, 660 East
Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho 83616.
