Ordinance - 2019 - 814 - Annual Salaries/Mayor/Council - 06/11/2019ORDINANCE NO. 814 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3, EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows: SALARIES: Commencing January 1, 2020 the annual salaries of the Mayor, President of the City Council and the City Council shall be as follows: Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of seventy-six thousand three hundred twenty and no/00 dollars ($76,320.00). Council President: The Council President shall receive an annual salary in the sum of twelve thousand seven hundred twenty and no/00 dollars ($12,720.00). Council Members: Each member of Council shall receive an annual salary in the sum of twelve thousand seven hundred twenty and no/00 dollars ($12,720.00).
