valuable consideration does hereby grant, convey and assign unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, Easement No. 290, Ada County Recording
No. /03520162-/ ' attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A".
Grantor grants all of its rights, title and interest in the property described in
Easement No. 290 to Grantee and its successors and assigns.

A strip of land twentY-five (25.00) feet wide, lying north
of, along, and adjacent to the right (~orth) bank of the North
Channel of the Boise River situated in'and adjacent to Government
Lot 2, Section 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, B.M., ADA
COUNTY, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the north one-quarter (~) corner of said
Section 16; thence South 0°46'13" West, 1,320.74 feet to the
northwest corner of Government Lot 2 of said Section 16;
thence South 89°53'10" East, 1,329.25 feet to the northeast
corner of said Government Lot 2; thence South 0°36'35" ~est,
1,197.21 feet to the southeast corner of said Government Lot
2 as defined by the original survey G.L.O. Plat of 1867;
thence continuing South 0°36'35" West, 220.89 feet along the
east boundary of ';aid Government Lot 2 (Extended) to a point
on the ordinary high water line of the right (north) bank of
the North Channel of the Boise River, said point being the

its intended use as a greenbelt for the benefit of the general

purpose of a public access greenbelt.
