This Change Order Request includes a time -and -materials (T&M) allowance for preconstruction services
beyond the initial five -month complementary (no -cost) period provided to the City of Eagle. Due to extended
design development and ongoing preconstruction efforts, additional services are required to complete the
Preconstruction Phase.
Services will be billed against this allowance in accordance with the labor rates in the attached Preconstruction
Services Estimate. Invoices submitted monthly and supported by labor -hour documentation. This amount is an
allowance and not a lump -sum commitment. If the allowance is exhausted, additional services will require a
subsequent allowance change order. Unspent allowance will be returned to the City of Eagle.
The prices below are valid until 9/18/2026.
