A. Update on Contract Negotiations Between the City of Eagle and Eminent Technical Solutions
(ETS) for Fiber Broadband Open Access Network Design, Construction and On -Going
Maintenance and Operation: On October 28, 2026 the City agreed to enter into contract negotiations
with ETS for fiber network related services. An overview of the City's fiber/broadband project to date
will be provided, as well as an update on the status of contract negotiations. (ELZ/VV)
