1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Pike leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pike calls the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
3. ROLL CALL: Present: GILLIS, KVAMME, MAY MERRILL. A quorum is present.
4. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. BUDGET DISCUSSIONS:
A. General Budget Discussions. (LL)
City Treasurer, Lori Lord reviews the changes that are before Council that incorporate
discussions from previous meeting.
Matt Clifford, Ada County Sheriff provides an update on recent law enforcement activities
throughout Ada County.
General discussion.
6. BUDGET CONSIDERATIONS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Tentative Approval of the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Proposed Budget for
Publication. (LL)
May moves to approve a tentative budget amount of $58,956,107.00 for fiscal year
2026/2027 and authorize Lori to publish. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE ... MOTION
CARRIES.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
May moves to adjourn. Seconded by Kvamme. ALL AYE ... MOTION CARRIES.
