SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
July 8, 2026
1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Pike leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pike calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
3. ROLL CALL: Present: GILLIS, KVAMME, MAY MERRILL.
A quorum is present.
4. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. BUDGET DISCUSSION:
A. General Budget Discussion.
Mayor Pike introduces the item.
City Treasurer, Lori Waldemer notes that the changes that have been made to the budget since their
last meeting. She seeks Council direction on specific line items as to inclusion or exclusion in the
draft budget.
Director Ziegenfuss seeks Council input on roof repair -replacement for the City Hall building.
Council discussion regarding budgetary allocations for the proposed budget.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
May moves to adjourn. Seconded by Kvamme. ALL AYE ... MOTION CARRIES.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting was adjourned.
