A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
PENALITY VIOLATIONS, AS STATED IN TITLE 1 "ADMINISTRATION", CHAPTER 4
"GENERAL PENALTY", SECTION 1 B "GENERAL PENALTY", TITLE 5 "POLICE
REGULATIONS", CHAPTER 2 "MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES", SECTOION 9 "UNLAWFUL
POSSESSION OF A CATALYTIC CONVERTER" AND SECTION 10 "SUPERVISION OF
JUVENILES; TITLE 5 "POLICE REGULATIONS", CHAPTER 3 "PROHIBITED PARKING",
SECTION 6 "PARKING TICKETS AND PROCEDURES", SECTION 7 "PENALTIES", AND
SECTION 9 "PARKING IN FIRE LANE"; TITLE 6 "PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY", CHAPTER
8 SECTION 1 "PROHIBITION AGAINST UNCOVERED LOADS" AND SECTION 3 "PENALTIES",
PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS public notice for a public hearing for a fee increase has been published in
the Idaho Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on new or increased
fees and that are in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last collected; and
WHEREAS the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Penalty Violation Fees;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the newly established, increased or removed fees with altered text shown with
underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said fees for and
on behalf of the City of Eagle.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho, on this J19 day of 2026.
