2. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pike calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
3. ROLL CALL: Present: GILLIS, KVAMME, MAY MERRILL. A quorum is present.

Presentation and discussion regarding proposed Departmental/Division budgets. Order of
presentations are subject to change.
Public Works - Facilities & Landscaping Division: Director Eric Ziegenfuss provides an
overview of the budget and stands for questions. Discussion

Impact Fees & General/Capital Fund(s)— City Treasurer, Lori Lord Waldemer provides an
overview of the budgets for Impact Fees and General/Capital Fund and stands for questions.
