A RESOLUTION OF THE EAGLE CITY COUNCIL TO VACATE THE TWELVE -FOOT (12') WIDE
IRRIGATION AND PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN LOT 4, BLOCK 1
(COAST TO COAST SUBDIVISION) AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHMENT HERETO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Charles G. Barringer requested a vacation to the final plat of Coast to Coast
Subdivision to vacate the twelve -foot (12') wide irrigation and public utilities easement (Exhibits "A"
and "B") within Lot 4, Block 1 (Coast to Coast Subdivision); and
WHEREAS, On November 17, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended
approval of the vacation (VAC-2025-04), to the Council; and
WHEREAS, Legal notice of the City Council hearing on the vacation was published in the Idaho
Statesman on November 28, 2025, and November 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, On December 16, 2025, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed
vacation (VAC-2025-04), and voted to approve the vacation; and
WHEREAS, The City Council hereby finds that the proposed vacation complies with the
provisions of Section 50-1306A of the Idaho Code, "Vacation of Plats - Procedure", and Section 9-6-2 of
Eagle City Code, "Vacations and Dedications".
WHEREAS, Relinquishment letters have been provided as required in Idaho Code 50-1306A.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, IDAHO.
The Eagle City Council hereby vacates the twelve -foot (12') wide irrigation and public utilities
easement (Exhibits "A" and `B") located on Lot 4, Block 1, of the final plat of Coast to Coast
Subdivision, as considered, heard, and approved by the Council at its December 16, 2025, public hearing
for application number VAC-2025-04, and as shown on the attachments hereto.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this 12th day of May, 2026.
