City Council & Parks, Pathways, and Recreation Commission
April 29, 2026
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Pike leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
1. ROLL CALL:
CITY COUNCIL: Present: GILLIS, KVAMME, MAY MERRILL. A quorum is present.
PARKS, PATHWAYS, AND RECREATION COMMISSION: Present: IVIE, LEWIS,
MORRISON, FAUSTINA. Absent: HUFFAKER, DOMENE
A quorum is present.
Huffaker arrives at 3:05 p.m.
3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Introduction and Discussion with Logan Simpson Design, Inc., Consulting Team for the
Pathways, Trails, Parks, Recreation, & Master Plan.
Mayor Pike introduces the item.
City Planner, Rick Butler provides a brief overview of the goals for this session.
The team from Logan Simpson introduces themselves and their areas of expertise, as well as hired
consultant Steve Noyes.
Discussion regarding upcoming project, goals and processes associated with the same.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
May moves to adjourn. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE ... MOTION CARRIES.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting was adjourned.
