EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 6, 1989 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on November 6, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman WATSON presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BENNETT, GERBER. Absent: EASON, TEWKSBURY.
SINCLAIR,
Moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by GERBER to approve the minutes
of the October 23, 1989 meeting. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS: Moved by SINCLAIR and
seconded by BENNETT to table the schedule until the next
regularly scheduled meeting in December at which time it will be
heard as a public hearing. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS- ADA COUNTY LETTER REGARDING AGRICULTURAL ZONES:
After discussion it was decided that GERBER will attend the
November 30th meeting at Ada County and report to the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commissioners the results of the meeting on
December 4th.
Chairman WATSON asked that a special election of officers be
considered as he will not be available until the new year. After
discussion it was moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by GERBER to add
elections to the next agenda and be voted on at that time.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Discussion took place regarding the amendments to the
comprehensive plan. It was established that those proposed
amendments already established, plus others should also be placed
on the agenda for December 4, 1989. tt was recommended that one
issue should be sewer and water requirements and that the word
"large", page 20 of the comprehensive plan be omitted. It was
asked of the commissioners to study the plan in order to be ready
to submit proposed changes at the December meeting.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by SINCLAIR to adjourn the meeting.
