EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 23, 1989 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on October 23, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman WATSON and vice-
Chairman SINCLAIR absent. EASON presided the meeting.
Roll call showed the follow¡ng members present:
TEWKSBURY, BENNETT, GERBER.
EASON,
Motion by TEWKSBURY and seconded by GERBER to approve the
minutes of the October 2, 1989 meeting. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACT/CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: C. L. House Commercial
Subdivision. Moved by TEWSKBURY and seconded by GERBER to
approve the findings as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS: Moved by TEWKSBURY and
seconded by GERBER to table the schedule until the next regularly
scheduled meeting. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL #89-49-CU/Roundy: Moved by TEWKSBURY and
seconded by GERBER to recommend approval of the transmittal as
presented with a stipulation that they be required to connect
with the Eagle Sewer System within one year after it becomes
available down State Street in front of the mobile home park.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
There was a brief discussion on the progress of annexation
before the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
