EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE MAY l5, 1989 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on May 15, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman WATSON presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
NYBORG, TEWKSBURY. Absent: EASON, NYBORG
SINCLAIR,
Motion by SINCLAIR and seconqed by TEWKSBURY to approve the
minutes of the May 1, 1989 meeting. ALL AYE; MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ada County Transmittal 89-22-CU/Roylance: A request for a 10
acre split one time into 2 five acre parcels. Moved by SINCLAIR
and seconded by TEWKSBURY to recommend approval of the
transmittal to council as it does meet the requirements of the
Eagle Comprehensive Plan. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.

Ada County Amendment to Title 8, Agricultural Zone: Moved by
SINCLAIR and seconded by TEWKSBURY to recommend approval of the
amendment as it does not conflict with the Comprehensive Plan.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
