March 18, 2026
1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Pike leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pike calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
3. ROLL CALL: Present: KVAMME, MAY MERRILL, GILLIS.
A quorum is present.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Review and discuss the data and analytics for law enforcement activities within the
City of Eaele.
Police Chief Travis Ruby provides an overview of data and analytics reporting.
Jena Atkinson, Manager of Data and Analytics Team. Ms. Atkinson reviews how the data is
received and processed. General discussion.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
May moves to adjourn. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE ... MOTION CARRIES.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting was adjourned.
