A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF
WATER SERVICE FEES; FOR THE CITY WATER DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE
CITY CODE SECTION 1-7-4 TO PROVIDE FOR COLLECTION OF CHARGES USED TO SUPPORT
THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY'S WATER SYSTEM; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the City of Eagle owns and operates a municipal water system; and
WHEREAS Eagle City Code Section 6-5-9 authorizes the City Council to establish, review, and
revise water user charges and fees by resolution; and
WHEREAS the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the Eagle
Combined Fee Schedule to collect sufficient fees for the continuing operation and maintenance of the
city's water system; and
WHEREAS the requested increase for water service fees results in less than a 5% increase.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the newly established, increased or removed fees and deposits with altered text shown
with underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, is
hereby approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for and on
behalf of the City of Eagle.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
