1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, MORRISON, HINEY.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. ACTIONITEM: Minutes of July 17, 2025.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTIONITEM: RZDA-2025-06/CUP-2025-04/PPUD-2025-04/PP-2025-05 - Angler's Hamlet
Subdivision: Dave Roylance, represented by Macy Lui with the Land Group, Inc., is requesting a
rezone from MU-DA (Mixed Use with a development agreement) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with a
development agreement), conditional use permit, preliminary development plan, and preliminary plat
approvals for Angler's Hamlet Subdivision, a 6-lot (5-buildable, 1-common [I-privatestreet]) residential
planned unit development. The 5.00-acre site consists of two (2) parcels and is generally located south
of Old Valley Road, approximately 630-feet west of the intersection of West Old Valley Road and State
Highway 44, at 4171 West Old Valley Road. (HSD)

6. REPORTS:
A. Southwest Idaho Mountain Biking Association, Vice President, Sam Blaine will Provide an
Update Report.
B. Southwest Idaho Trail and Distance Riders.
7. ADJOURNMENT
