SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
October 22, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Allen at 3:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present:ALLEN,ROSS,SHAWVER.
Absent: HAMLETT.
A quorum is present.
3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Grant Award Recommendation: The Committee will make a
recommendation to Council for recipients of the Eagle Arts Advisory Committee
Grant funds to be used in fiscal year 2025-2026.
Allen introduces the item.
No discussion amongst the committee.
Ross moves to recommend awarding$2,500.00 to Eagle Plein Air Festival,seconded
by Shawver.ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
Ross moves to recommend awarding$3,125.00 to Eagle Jazz Festival Inc.,seconded
by Shawver.ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
Ross moves to recommend awarding$3,125.00 to Idaho Concerts in Care,seconded
by Shawver.ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
Ross moves to recommend awarding$3,125.00 to Boise Baroque Orchestra,
seconded by Shawver.ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
Ross moves to recommend awarding$3,125.00 to Idaho Regional Ballet,seconded
by Shawver.ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.

B. Committee: Next regular meeting will be Wednesday,November 5,2025,at 3:00
p.m.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Shawver moves to adjourn the meeting at 3:20 p.m.,seconded by Ross.ALL
