1. Automatic Flush Valve: Automatic Faucet — Change flush
valves for the restroom toilets to automatic flush valves;
$888.97
Change faucets for the restroom sinks to automatic
faucets. Increase in the contract amount.
2. 2" Fiber Conduit — Due to lack of availability, the City
provided 2" fiber conduit to the Contractor for
($210.00)
installation. This amount is a decrease in the contract
amount.
• 210 LF @ $1.00/1-F
3. Drinkine Fountain Water Line — It was discovered during
construction that service to the drinking fountain was not
through the restroom building. This eliminates the need
($240.00)
for piping from the new building to the drinking fountain
as shown on the plans and the amount is a decrease in the
contract amount.
• 16 LF @ $15/1-F
4. Paver Repair 2"d Street (at Tree Well) — Removal of
existing adjacent pavers as needed, regrading of the
$2,859.60
existing base, installation of sand, and reinstallation of
pavers.
5. Time Extension — Extend the contract 27 days due to
delays associated with equipment changes/lead
times/scheduling. Due to production lead time, the
delivery of the rolling counter door may extend beyond
the dates associated with this extension. No change in
contract price associated with this extension.
