Compensation shall be at a rate of 70% of the total revenue generated by registration. (AMM) H.Independent Contract Instructor Agreement Between the City of Eagle and Mary Ann Reuter: Independent Contract Agreement between the City of Eagle and Mary Ann Reuter to provide nature journaling classes and services to encourage adult and teen connection with nature and the outdoors. Compensation shall be at a rate of 70% of the total revenue generated by registration. (AMM) I.Certifications and Assurances for Highway Safety Grants - City of Eagle Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant Award: Staff is requesting Council approval and authorization for the Mayor to execute the Certification and Assurances for the Office of Highway Safety (OHS) STEP Grant. Once executed, the City will receive a Notice to Proceed. (TEO) J.State and Eagle Intersection Improvements: Change order with Ada County Highway District (ACHD) in the amount of $31,348.66 for changes in the Veolia Water Service for the parking lot located at the southwest corner of 2nd and Aikens Street, includes increasing the not to exceed amount for Phase 2 Cost Share with ACHD by the same amount. (NBS) K.Development Agreement for RZ-2017-04-MOD4 - Bronco Acres Subdivision: Council authorization for Mayor to execute the modifications to the development agreement associated with Bronco Acres Subdivision. The 9.97-acre site is located on the north side of State Highway 44, approximately 175 feet east of North Park Lane. (KRD) L.Permanent Pathway Easement Agreement Between the City of Eagle and AMH Landco Tierpointe LLC and Tall Timber Consulting LLC for a Public Pathway within Tierpointe Subdivision No. 1 and Tierpointe Subdivision No. 2: AMH Landco Tierpointe LLC and Tall Timber Consulting LLC are requesting approval of a permanent pathway easement agreement for public pathways located within Tierpointe Subdivision No. 1 and Tierpointe Subdivision No. 2. The 25.29-acre site is located on the north side of State Highway 44, approximately 0.50 miles west of North Linder Road. (ASG) M.Water Easement Agreements Between DFC Eagledale, LLC and the City of Eagle: Request for approval of a Water Easement Agreement between DFC Eagledale, LLC and the City of Eagle for offsite City of Eagle water system improvements located within property located within Everton Subdivision No. 1 on the east side of North Palmer Lane approximately 2,300-feet north of State Highway 44. (KRD) Q.DR-2006-11-MOD2 - Modification to the Master Sign Plan for a Multi-Tenant Building, Including Signage for Papa Kelsey's - Papa Kelsey's: Papa Kelsey’s, represented by Julianna Kelsey, is requesting design review approval to modify the master sign plan for a multi-tenant retail building and single tenant building, including signage for Papa Kelsey’s. The site is located on the southwest corner of East Iron Eagle Drive and Edgewood Lane within Merrill Subdivision No. 1 (formerly Rocky Mountain Business Park) at 1539 East Iron Eagle Drive. (NBS) C.ACTION ITEM: Ordinance No. 957 - Updating Water Payment Refund Method: An Ordinance of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, amending Title 6, "Public Ways and Property", Chapter 5 "Water System", Section 5 "Application for Service", providing for codification; and providing an effective date. (LWL) 10.EXECUTIVE SESSION: 74-206 (1) An executive session at which members of the public are excluded may be held, but only for the purposes and only in the manner set forth in this section. The motion to go into executive session shall identify the specific subsections of this section that authorize the executive session. There shall be a roll call vote on the motion and the vote shall be recorded in the minutes. An executive session shall be authorized by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the governing body.
