THE PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT OPEN HOUSE WILL BE HELD IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS BETWEEN 4 PM - 6 PM.
The Comprehensive Plan is the City’s current long-range policy document that guides how the community grows
and develops.
The City is proposing amendments to Chapter 6: Land Use of the Comprehensive Plan. These changes are intended
to update the Future Land Use Map (Map 6.1), revise the Zoning Compatibility Matrix, adjust the Downtown Land
Use Intensities chart (6.17), and amend the Land Use Map designations to reflect current conditions, support
downtown planning, and provide clearer guidance for future development decisions.

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Council may be present at the Proposed Comprehensive Plan
Amendment Open House. No official action will be taken.
