Investments, LLC: Drake Investments, LLC, represented by Mary Wall with Professional Engineering
Services is requesting annexation, rezone, preliminary PUD and preliminary plat approval for Tavira
Subdivision, an 89-lot (79-buildable, 10-common) residential subdivision. The 30.95-acre site is located
at the northwest corner of W. Broken Arrow Street and N. Hamlin Avenue in Eagle, Idaho. (AG)
