A resolution of the City of Eagle, Idaho declaring personal property surplus, authorizing
the disposal of surplus property; and providing an effective date.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Idaho ("City") has acquired certain personal property for carrying
out services in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, when the economic or useful life of property owned by the City is less than the cost
of maintenance, transportation, storage or other requirements, that property may be deemed
"surplus property"; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 23-18, Procurement Policy identifies the method and manner for which
surplus property shall be declared and disposed of, and
WHEREAS, the estimated value of each item is greater than one thousand dollars ($1,000); and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk, at the direction of the City Council is requesting that the following
fixed asset be surplused.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, that
the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:
1994 Chance Coach Trolley - 100
With oversight of the Department Supervisors, City staff is authorized to take all necessary steps
to carry out the authorization provided by this Resolution.
This Resolution shall be in full force and take effect upon adoption and approval by the City
Council of the City of Eagle.
Adopted and approved by the Eagle City Council on this 22nd day of July, 2025.
