INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (the
"Amendment"), is made and entered into between City of Eagle, an Idaho municipal corporation
(hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Fred Fritchman, ("Contractor") an individual person, whose
address is 1321 Denver Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83706 (hereinafter referred to as "User").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and User entered into a Independent Contractor Agreement last executed on
December 19, 2023.
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend certain provisions of the Independent Contractor
Agreement to address:
• Time of Performance
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants and obligations contained herein
and in consideration of User completing and submitting to the City an interpretive exhibit for a project
named Eagle Founders Exhibit on or before December 31, 2025. The Parties hereto hereby agree to amend
the Independent Contractor Agreement as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 of Independent Contractor Agreement is amended to include a new completion
date that reads:
a) All work to be performed under this Agreement shall be completed and submitted to City on or
before December 31, 2025
