ACTION ITEM: Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Capital Plan Modification No. 4: Modify the FY2025- FY20029 Capital Plan to make amendments to: Reallocate $200,000 from PW CP-17: Fleet Expansion and PW CM-13: Vehicle Replacement to TP CP-12 Linder Road Expansion, to reallocate $33,120 from PW CM-15: Trail Maintenance to PW CM-4 Friendship Park, Reallocate $1,500,00 from PW CM-1: Heritage Park Renovation to Reserves. (NBS) Mayor Pike introduces the item. Director of Long -Range Planning and Projects, Nichoel Baird Spencer reviews the requested modifications to the Capital Plan. Russell moves to approve modification No. 4 for the Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Capital Plan Modification. Seconded by Kvamme. GINDLESPERGER AYE; MAY AYE; RUSSELL AYE; KVAMME. MOTION CARRIES. C. *ACTION ITEM: Task Order 21-02: Linder Road Change Order No. 1: Staff is requesting the approval of a change order # 1 to Task Order 21-01 between the City of Eagle and Baer Design, LLC for the City's landscape augmentations to the ACHD Linder Road. The Change order increases the contract by $35,583.00 for design and construction management and to extend the contract to October 31, 2026 to address delays from ACHD. All funding will come from Capital Projects Fund TP CP-12: Linder Road (SH-44 to FF). (NBS) Mayor Pike introduces the item. Director Baird Spencer reviews the Change Order for the Linder Road Project and stands for questions.
