1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:32 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, MORRISON
Absent: Faustina
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of March 20, 2025
Commissioner Domene moved to approve the minutes of March 20, 2025, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Lewis. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Eric Ziegenfuss presented on Friendship Park.
Chairman Huffaker makes a motion that we move to recommend to city council that they approve the
project as we moved in our last meeting. That project costing approximately $67,000.00, that is our
first recommendation and if for any reason the council decides not to accept the recommendation
because of cost, that the changing of the pathway to a concrete pathway and the sensory board
would be the two things that would be removed in order to more closely align with the budget.
Seconded by Commissioner Lewis. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
B. Eric Ziegenfuss presented on the new city maintenance facility.
