FY20029 Capital Plan to make amendments to: Reallocate $200,000 from PW CP-17: Fleet Expansion
and PW CM-13: Vehicle Replacement to TP CP-12 Linder Road Expansion, to reallocate $33,120 from
PW CM-15: Trail Maintenance to PW CM-4 Friendship Park, Reallocate $1,500,00 from PW CM-1:
Heritage Park Renovation to Reserves. (NBS)
B.Fiscal Year 2026 to Fiscal Year 2030 Capital Plan Workshop: Review FY 26-FY 30 Capital
Projects, FY 26-FY 30 Capital Maintenance, and Review of paired comparison results for new/unfunded
projects for inclusion in the funded projects list. (NBS)
C.*ACTION ITEM: Task Order 21-02: Linder Road Change Order No. 1: Staff is requesting the
approval of a change order #1 to Task Order 21-01 between the City of Eagle and Baer Design, LLC for
the City’s landscape augmentations to the ACHD Linder Road. The Change order increases the contract
by $35,583.00 for design and construction management and to extend the contract to October 31, 2026
to address delays from ACHD. All funding will come from Capital Projects Fund TP CP-12: Linder
Road (SH-44 to FF). (NBS)
