AGREEMENT
This First Amendment is entered into day of April 2025 by and between the City of
Eagle (hereinafter referred to as 'Eagle"), and Local Idaho Creamery, LLC, owner Luisa Uribe
(hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"), for the purpose of amending and extending the Municipal
Park Vendor Lease Agreement dated May 17, 2024 (the "Lease Agreement").
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2024, the City of Eagle entered into the Park Vendor Lease
Agreement with Local Idaho Creamery, LLC, to sell ice cream and other food concessions at
Merrill Park; and
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle and the operator of Local Idaho Creamery, LLC, desire
to extend the term of the Service Agreement for an additional one (1) year term; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 1 of the Vendor Lease Agreement provides that the term of the
Lease Agreement will be in the form of an addendum to the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the City of Eagle and Local
Idaho Creamery, LLC, amend the Vendor Lease Agreement dated May 17, 2024, as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 of the Vendor Lease Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
The term of this Lease Agreement shall be for May 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025 ("Summer
Months").
Except as modified by this First Amendment, the original Park Vendor Lease Agreement between
the City of Eagle and Local Idaho Creamery, LLC, owner James Holtzclaw, dated May 17, 2024,
shall remain in full force and effect.
