January 22, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER: Brian Allen calls the meeting to order

3. NEW BUSINESS:
VER. A quorum is present.
A. ACTION ITEM: Eagle City Athletic Park Logo Design Award: The Committee will make a
recommendation to Council for the winning entry of the Call for Artists -Eagle City Athletic Park
Logo Design Contest and award in the amount of $500.00.
Kim Ross moves to recommend to the City Council the logo submitted to us by Vina Domingo. Seconded
by Hamlett. ROLL CALL: ALLEN AYE, HAMLETT AYE, ROSS AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
4. REPORTS:
A. Staff: Staff has nothing to report
B. Committee: Christina Hamlett discusses two ideas to present on the next agenda. Christmas in July,
wreath design and Eagle's got talent, adult only talent show. The items be placed and discussed at
the next regular meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Hamlett moves to adjourn. Seconded by Ross. ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
