1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:32 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, MORRISON

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of March 4, 2025
Commissioner Ivie moved to approve the minutes of March 4, 2025, as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Domene. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. REPORTS:
Logan Butzier presented on the Eagle Sports Programs.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. Eric Ziegenfuss presented on Friendship Park.
Chairman Huffaker makes a motion that we move to recommend to city council that they accept
option 5 from Recreation Today with the exception that instead of the multi person swing, that
we have an infant swing and instead of the spinner, we put in the sensory wall and with the color
scheme pretty much as designated in the pictures were it be more natural green and brown mix
and if the bars and other parts that need to be lighter can be some type of lighter color as well.
Seconded by Commissioner Ivie. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
Eric provided a Public Works Report.
7. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Katelyn Davison, city staff, presenting on proposed Whitehurst Village.
A. Becky McKay, Engineering Solutions presenting on Whitehurst Village.
Mike Huffaker makes a motion that the staff recommendation be adopted in full by city council.
Commissioner Ivie seconded. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
8. ADJOURNMENT:
Adjournment made by Chairman Huffaker at 7:00pm
