A. ACTION ITEM: Fiber Funding and Capital Plan Investments: Council will review and provide
guidance on preferred funding options for the contract construction of the Fiber System and implications
to the current and future General Fund budgets and the FY 24-28 Capital Plan. (ELZ, KR, NBS)
