3. CONSENT AGENDA: ALL CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ACTION ITEMS. Consent
Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate
discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member or City Staff requests an item to be removed
from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the
Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. Any item on the Consent Agenda that
contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's
Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.

B. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the Approval of DR-2025-14 - Master Sign Plan for
Eagle Point Commercial - Landmark Pacific Investors, LLC: Landmark Pacific Investors, LLC,
represented by Kate Watson with Superior Signs Idaho, is requesting design review approval for a
master sign plan for Eagle Point Commercial. The 2.84-acre site is located on the northeast corner of
West State Street and State Highway 44 (Parcels Nos. S0507427890, S0507427880, and S0507427860).

residential units and two office [business and professional]/retail) units). The 0.16-acre site is located on
the south side of East Idaho Street approximately 78-feet west of the intersection of East Idaho Street

Ludlow, represented by Erik Knudsen with Hillside Architecture, is requesting design review approval
of a 9,900-square foot daycare facility for Avimor Academy. The 0.67-acre site is located on the
southwest corner of North McLeod Way and West Avimor Drive at 18551 North McLeod Way (Lot 1,

Subdivision (Phases 3-6) - Toll Brothers: Toll Brothers, represented by Brian Garrett with Brian
Garrett Architecture and Design, PLLC, is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping within Torrente Secco Subdivision (Phases 3-6). The 65.52-acre site is located at the
southeast corner of West Beacon Light Road and North Palmer Lane between West Beacon Light Road
