A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FEE AND
DEPOSIT SCHEDULES FOR THE CITY RECREATION DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EAGLE CITY CODE SECTION 1-7-4 TO ESTABLISH NEW FEES CHARGED FOR
SERVICES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS public notice for a public hearing for a fee increase has been published in the
Idaho Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on new, increased
and removed fees and that are in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last
collected; and
WHEREAS the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Recreation fees to collect sufficient amounts to provide for programs and facilities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the newly established, increased or removed fees and deposits with altered text
shown with underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said fees for and
on behalf of the City of Eagle.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, on this day of April 2025.
