1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:34 P.M.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of November 21, 2024
Vice Chairman Faustina moved to approve the minutes of November 21, 2024, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Domene. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
B. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman of Parks, Pathways, and Recreation Commission
Commissioner Morrison makes a motion to keep the present chair and vice chair for 2025.
Seconded by Commissioner Domene. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Charlie Baun, 5011 W. Clearfield Eagle, ID. presented on the Conservation Advisory Committee.
B. Sam Blaine 1505 N. Watson Way Eagle, ID. presented on the annual SWIMBA (Southwest Idaho
Mountain Biking Association) report.
