One Year Ayeement
SCORE° will offer City of Eagle a IS MONTH (1.5 year) agreement for 2025-2026. Pricing will remain at current quotas through
JULY 15, 2026. SCORE will provide City of Eagle with uniforms for the duration of the agreement on an exclusive basis. Current
catalog pricing does not Include additional items and shipping. Prices are confirmed when an approved order from City of Eagle Is
received.
City of Eagle agrees to satisfy all uniform needs through SCORe for the duration of the contract period. SCORE will extend City of
Eagle the lowest catalog price on all equipment.

Addendum to Pricing Agreement
(Statutory Certification)
THIS Addendum hereby becomes part of the Pricing Agreement between SCORE Sports® and
City of Eagle entered into between the parties on February,�52025.
Statutory Certifications. In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2359, SCORE
Sports® hereby certifies that it is not owned or operated by the Government of China, as defined
in said code section, and that during the Term of this Agreement it will not be owned or operated
by the Government of China. In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2346 SCORE Sports®
hereby certifies that it is not currently engaged in, and during the Term of this Agreement will
not engage in, a boycott of goods and services from Israel or territories under its control as
defined in said code section.
