A. Fiscal Year 2026 to Fiscal Year 2030 Capital Plan Workshop: Staff will provide an overview of the
Capital Plan Framework, Preliminary Assumptions, Review New Project/Additional Info Requests, and
Prioritization & Public Participation Preferences.
