The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order by Chairperson Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on
October 2, 1979 at the Eagle City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Allred, Kunkler, Fisher, Sharp, Sorensen.
EX -OFFICIO PRESENT: SHADE
Moved by ALLRED and seconded by KUNKLER to approve the
minutes of August 7, 1979 as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, KUNKLER, FISHER,
?:�T. SORENSEN. Motion carried.
Moved by ALLRED and seconded by KUNKLER to recommend to
the Eagle City Council approval of a Conditional Use
Application submitted by Marcus/Marcus/DeShazo to construct
an elderly housing unit.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, KUNKLER,
SORENSEN. NAY: FISHER. Motion carried.
Moved by ALLRED and seconded by KUNKLER to recommend to
the Eagle City Council approval of a rezone application
submitted by Marcus/Marcus/DeShazo from R-5 to R-25 for
the construction of an elderly housing unit.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, KUNKLER, FISHER,
SORENSEN. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the commission,
the meeting was adjourned.
