This transmittal was for a planned unit development approximately
8 aures in size.
Chairperson Sharp read a letter from the Eagle Water and Sewer
District stating they could not service this development.
Mr. Hosac gave a presentation of the intended use and
design of the townhouses.
The commission requested the following comments to be
to the Ada County Zoning Commission:
to This application does not meet the Eagle: Comprehensive
Plan for the following stated reasons:
A. Densities outside of the core area will be a maxima
of 3 units per acre.
B. Overall residential densities within the Eagle Fmpact
Area wi l l be low.
C. All new developments must be connected to wet line
sewers and central pater facilities.
This development is located outside of the 1992 planning
limits of the Eagle Sewer and Water District
Harvey Street cannot handle the add .t&onal traffic that would
be generates by this development.
Chairperson Sharp asked for a vote to give consent to this
development.
The vote resulted az follows: AYE: ALLRED, SORENSEN. N
'\BROWNLEE, KUNMER, MEND!OLA.
Cht*irperson Sharp reported she had received an application for
a dempreheneive plan change. The application uas deemed complete
and a public hearing set for May 1, 1979 at 7:30 P. M. at the
city hall.
Larry Sale, J. U. B. Eng .ner r° s,pre a yted the commission with
preliminary drawings of ±m eovement.3 to be made at both peek
sites with grant money.
The commission stated they would like to see the chhi1dren ` e
park site completed rend the smaller; improvements at the
Lion r s park, waiting to do the tennis court e last.

TO: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEMEBERS
As you will note in the City Council minutes a large
annexation request has been received by the City of Eagle
and forwarded to the planning and zoning commission for
zoning and comprehensive plan changes.
A copy of the comprehensive plan changes suggested
are enclosed.
A committee meeting will be held Wednesday, May 2,
1979 at the Idaho First National Bank Meeting Room to
discuss this annexation and plan changes before the
scheduled public hearing on May 15, 1979 at 7:30 P. M.
at the Eagle City Hall.
Please notify the city clerk's office if you are
unable to attend this committee meeting.
