November 13, 1978
A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order by Chairperson Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on
November 13, 1978.
STEPHENSON was absent.
Moved by BROOKS and seconded by MENDIOLA that the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission not hold public hearings
on December 5, 1978 on the annexations of the properties
referred to as Engle Hills East, Reininger, Taylor,
Marshall, Wilder etc., and the current property situated
on Eagle Road that was eliminated from the present city
limits as set forth in the minutes of the November 7, 1978
meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, BROWNLEE,
BROOKS, KUNKLER, MENDIOLA, SORENSON. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the commission,
the meeting was adjourned.
