Moved by STEPHENSON and seconded by BROOKS to approve the
minutes of the meeting of October 3, 1978 as printed

An annexation request was submitted to the commission by
Stew! Hasac for annexation and R-8 zoning of Eagle Hills East
Subdivision.

Ron Marsha=l for a piece of property, approximately 3 1/2
acres, situated approximately 3/4 miles eat of Eagle. Mr.
Marshall requests a C-3 zone on this piece of property.
An annexation request was submitted to the c j- ission by
Mrs. Jerome A. Reininger to anftex a pieceof p.t open. tv located
on the corner of Eagle Wills W`v and Floating Feather Road.
This tract of land is approximately 1.00 acres. Reininger's
request a zoning of R-1.
An annexation request was submitted to the commission by
Jerry and Mary Taylor to annex a piece of property, Parcel
#5700 of NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 8 4N1E . This s parcel contains
approximately 2 acres.
Moved by BROOKS and seconded by STEPHENSON that the appeal for
annexation ar_ti zoning of the parcels of property commonly
only
referred to as: Eagle Hills East, Marshall, Reininge r, and
Taylor be set for public hearing on December 5tH 1978 at
7:30 P. M. at the Eagle City Hall.
Motion resulted as follows: A E : ALLRED, BRO NLEE , BROOKS,
MENDIOLA, S OREINSON, STEPHENSON. . Motion carried.
Moved by BROOKS and seconded by ALLRED that the Eagle Planning
and Zoning Commission set a public hearing on the matter of
considering annexation on the parcels of property commonly
referred to as Wilder etc., bounder: by the present city limits
and highway 44 and the current property situatnad on Eagle Road
that was eliminated from the present city limits. This
public hearing will be held December 5th, 1978 at 7:30 P. M.
at the Eagle City Hall.
Potion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, BRROWNLEE, BROOKS,
MEND/OLA, sorfwsON, STEPHENSON. Motion carried.
