October 3, 1978
The regular meeting of the Eagle Plashing and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairperson Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on October 2, 1978.
BROOKS' was absent.
Moved by STEPMSON seconded by ARNOLD to approve the minutes of
the August meeting an pr'"ped. There was no sleeting in Septrrber.
Motion carried.
WARD •RE ODEL
Moved by MENDIOLA and seconded by STEPHENSON to recommend to the
city council that the application of Mks. Lois Wnrd to remodel
Am .A: Trane structure to be used as a bore be denied:
Aa A previous council decision was that the house
be used for storage only.
B. The 201 access toad provided is not adequate.
Motion carried.
PUMP AND PANTRY WINE AND BEER LICENSE APPLICATION
Moved by STEPHENSON and seconded by KM:LER that the Planning and
Zoning Commission recommend to the city council that the beer and
wine license application submitted by the P;p and Pantry be denied
based on the inadequate information provided in the application.
Motion carried.
SUN RAY DAIRY IND. AND BEER LICENSE APPLICATION
Moved by STEPHENSON and seconded by ALLRED that the Planning nod
Zoning Commission recommend to thg city council that the beer
end wine license application submitted by Sun Ray Dairy be approved.
SORENSON voted against the motion. Motion carried.
QUINN ROBINS CONDITIONAL VSE APPLICATION
Mowed by alrer_l;NSON and seconded by ALLRED to write comment to the
Ada Goy - Zont g CommissionCo with recommendations of denial of the
application �f Quinn Robins for a conditional use. permit to excavate
grave. and install a a_ crushing plant and hot plant on the East side of
Eagle Road South of the Eoisa river b' denied because it do -k% not
conform with our Comprehensive Pian.
Motion carried.
3. U. B. Engineers presented the member: of the commission with a
draft of the Cap ; tal improveltenta Program. Diceut ion followed and
priorities were establisher by the comission to recommend to the
ergineerirg firm.
