The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
Jas called to order at 7s00 P. M. October 5, 1976 by Chariman
Cole.
Tad lock, Cullen, House were excused. Zior was absent.
Cliff Stephenson made a motion that the minutes be approved
as read.
Cliff Stephenson made a motion to recommend denial of a
sign application because it is not in conformance with the
ordinance for that zone.. Andy Pollard seconded the motion.
Jack Taylor approached the commusion asking for a permit
to build a temporarysingle family dwelling in the flood
plain 100 yards gest of Floating Feather and Eagle Road.
Cliff Stephenson made a motion that Mr. Taylor be allowed
a building permit for construction of a single family dwelling
on the N. E. corner of his lot. Kathleen DeChambeau seconded
the motion.
Cliff Stephenson ammended his motion to reads Mr. Taylor
be allowed a building permit for construction of a temporary
ingle family dwelling on the N. E. corner of his lot. Upon
completion of the approved building plans that the enitial
temporary dwelling be removed. Kathleen DeChambeau seconded
the motion. All members voted negative. Motion died.
Mick Cole suggested the commision direct the mayor to
recommend that the building inspector approve Mr. Taylor°s
application.
There being no further business to come before the commission
the meeting was adjourned.
The map attached to the minutes shows the proposed zoning of
Eagle West Annexation and Eagle East Annexation.

of developing the property at the Northeast corner of Floating Feather
and Eagle Roads. Our client realizes the property has some limitations
imposed by ground water and flood plain in the lower portion of the
property and feels that the property should be developed as a Planned
Unit Development to best accommodate those limitations.
