July 6th, 1976 by acting chairman Mike Cole.
Mr. Tadiock had an excussd absence.
Jerry Deckard made a in tion to approve the minutes
of the special meeting held Jnne 22, 1976. Helen House
seconded the motion,

rules and elect Mick Cole t:; :serve the duration of 1976
year as chairman of the Ea E= Planning and Zoning Commission.

presented for Crisp Auto S a'. . Jerry Deckard made a
motion to hold a special Q. :;•t; .ng; July 22, 1976 at 7300
P. M. for a public hearing: .Jr Mr, Crisp completed his
application by the morning; cf July 7, 1976. Marvin
Adams seconded the motion,
Ken Marema presented a Major Impact Application
for Wales:), Inc. , or Eagle 7illage Subdivision. Andy
Pollard made a motion to s.owept Eagle Village Subdivision
#1 as proposed. Marvin Adauzs seconded the motion.
Helen House and Cliff Stei.h, nson. abstained due to a
conflict of interest.
There being no further b.isiness to come before
the commission, the meetirg v.s adjourned at 8s05 P. M.
