A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order by Chairman Bideganetta
on June 22, 1976 at 8:15 P. M.
A report was given from the Committee studying
annexation zoning.
Mick Cole made a motion to designate R-1 zoning in
all areas of the East Eagle Annexation except the
following:
Golf Course Club House, Broiler Restaurant, A Frame
Building and Marz Construction which will all
be zoned C -A.
Andy Pollard seconded the motion.
A letter of resignation was presented by Mike
Bideganeta.
There being no further business to come before the
commission, the meeting was adjourned.
