The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order May 4, 1976 at 7s00 P. M. by Chairman
Bideganeta. Sharp's absence was excused. DeChambeau was
absent.
Mick Cole made a motion that the minutes of the two April
meetings be approved as written. Florence Cullen seconded
the motion.
Cliff Stevenson made a motion to grant a conditional use
permit to Bella villa Realty following a public hearing
held May 4, 1976. Helen House seconded the motion,
Cliff Stevenson made a motion that the recommendation
for zoning for annexation as requested by the Eagle City
Council be refered to the "Major Impact Committee", and
their recommendation be presented at the next planning
and zoning meeting.
Cliff Stevenson made a motion to recommend the discussion
of the intersection of 44 and 69 stop light to the
transportation Committee who will contact the Ada
County Highway Department as to clarifying the two proposals
and report at the next meeting. Tadlock seconded the
motion.
There being no further business to come before the commission
the meeting was adjourned at 8135. Motion to adjourn by
Helen House and seconded by Florence Cullen.
